Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Childcare Assistants (Special Needs) to provide support to children with complex needs in their homes and within the community. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential personal care and medication support to children with complex needs
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Manage challenging behaviours with compassion and professionalism
- Help children build daily living skills and engage in the community
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children with complex needs
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (please note: sponsorship is not available)
Salary and Benefits:
£11.00 per hour + benefits package, including paid holidays and mileage reimbursement, bonuses and referral incentives, and funded Blue Light Card
