The successful candidate will have a passion for making a tangible impact within HR and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support, managing employee relations cases, and maintaining accurate HR data.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Support managers with employee relations (ER) cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and flexible working arrangements, while assessing and mitigating potential risks.
  • Manage cases of long-term sickness, arranging welfare meetings, occupational health referrals, and advising on return-to-work plans or capability processes.
  • Provide guidance on parental leave matters, including maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience managing ER cases independently within a commercial environment.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and strong attention to detail in data management.
  • Effective planning and prioritisation skills in a high-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build trust.

**Salary Range:** £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for career growth and development, and access to state-of-the-art offices.
