About the Job

We are delighted to be partnering with this Global Technology business in their search for a proactive Employee Relations Specialist to join the wider People team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance on parental leave matters, including maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave. You will also lead and participate in key People Strategy projects such as Employee Engagement Surveys and external accreditations like Investors in People.

The ideal candidate will have a results-oriented attitude, demonstrating accountability and drive to deliver excellence. You will be a collaborative mindset, fostering team cooperation and development.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience managing ER cases independently within a commercial environment.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and strong attention to detail in data management.
  • Effective planning and prioritisation skills in a high-paced setting.

Salary: £35,000 per annum.
