Facilities & Operations Coordinator

Company Overview:

We are a leading tech company seeking a highly organized and efficient Office & Facilities Co-ordinator to join our team at our HQ in the West End.

Salary:

The successful candidate will receive a salary of approximately £40,000 per annum.

Job Description:
  1. Responsibilities:
  2.   Tackle the daily challenges of office management, ensuring the workspace remains functional and productive.
  3.   Elevate the work environment by overseeing H&S protocols, coordinating meetings, and managing facilities.
  4.   Assist administrative tasks, such as scheduling, travel bookings, and equipment coordination.
  5.   Collaborate with colleagues to support various business functions during periods of absence.
  6.   Develop your technical skills by setting up and managing office IT and AV equipment.
  7.   Drive innovation through handling ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to office operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in office management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Office 365.
  • SharePoint experience is advantageous but not required.
Work Arrangements:

This role is office-based, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30.
