Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Administrator to join our team at Canada Life Limited. As a key member of our Complaints team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality service that is accurate and delivered within stated timescales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Complaint Mailboxes, ensuring all emails are appropriately handled and updated in our complaints database.
  • Process regulatory holding letters and emails to complainants, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
  • Review and prioritize customer data, ensuring accurate and efficient scanning and indexing.
  • Process compensation acceptances in line with business processes.
Requirements
  • Diligent and conscientious in the accuracy of their work, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience of MS Outlook and Internet Explorer.
  • Able to maintain complete confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to take ownership and make decisions.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 A* - C / 9 - 4 Grade GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent - essential.
