- Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and ensure that our customers receive a satisfactory outcome.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal departments, and external organizations to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the status of customer complaints.
- Manage customer complaints in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring that all complaints are handled in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
- Process compensation acceptances and ensure that all relevant documentation is completed and updated in a timely manner.
- Scan and index customer data, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Diligent and conscientious in the accuracy of their work, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal departments, and external organizations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to work under pressure.
- Intermediate knowledge and experience of MS Outlook and Internet Explorer.
- Able to maintain complete confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to take ownership and make decisions.
Minimum 5 A* - C / 9 - 4 Grade GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent - essential.
