Position: Customer Service Representative at CLFIS Limited

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assuming full accountability for processes, ensuring product and regulatory knowledge is maintained.
  • Accurately amending and updating company records to meet necessary standards.
  • Providing support to team members, covering roles as needed, and contributing to departmental goals.
  • Handling telephone inquiries and documenting resolutions accurately.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with advisers and other business units.
  • Addressing complaints and queries in accordance with established procedures.
  • Participating in team development and personal growth initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic.
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.

Educational Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C, including English and Maths.
  • Possession of or willingness to pursue the Award in Financial Administration.
