Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging teacher training programs to enhance professional development
  • Ensuring quality teaching and effective learning of English
  • Supporting learners in achieving their academic and career goals
  • Maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to advance our mission

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 2 years of experience in English language teaching and training, preferably with a DELTA/Trinity Diploma TESOL or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive knowledge of management and delivery of teacher training programs
  • Experience in line managing/coordinating teaching teams
  • A proven track record of inspiring and motivating learners to achieve their full potential
