A leading private equity company is seeking a talented events coordinator to join their West End office. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in organizing and executing various events throughout the year, including virtual webinars, in-house events, and external conferences.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Virtual Events Programme Management: Coordinate the setup, communication, and delivery of 100+ specialist webinars, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality content.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and executing global events, such as forums and summits, with opportunities for travel and professional development.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  1. Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.
