Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Events Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a graduate degree and at least three years of experience in event organisation. Key responsibilities include planning and executing events, supporting event management, and assisting with global events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and execute events that showcase the firm's portfolio, including virtual events, engagement and events, and external events.
  2. Support the day-to-day management of custom-built in-house events and client dinners.
  3. Assist in planning and executing global events such as forums and summits.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree.
  • At least three years of experience in event organisation.
  • Exceptional administration and organisation skills.
  • Client-facing and communication skills.
  • Technical experience using Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
