Teaching Assistant - SEN Special Education Needs
Ribbons and Reeves Limited is an established recruitment agency providing talented educators to schools across Barnet. We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN teaching assistant to join our team.
About the Role:
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
  • Salary: £100-£110 per day (PAYE)

Responsibilities:
  1. Support students with special educational needs in a collaborative school environment
  2. Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop personalized plans for students
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance

Requirements:
  • Degree in Education or related field (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
