Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Special Educational Needs Support Worker to join our team in Croydon. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with classroom teachers to support students with additional needs, including those with learning difficulties, behavioral challenges, or physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.
  • Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapting resources to meet the specific needs of students.
  • Support students during breaks, lunchtimes, and other school activities to ensure their safety and inclusion.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events, contributing to the overall development of the school's SEN provision.
