About the Role:
- As a Care Assistant, you'll follow individual care plans to provide personal care and support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- You'll assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication, as well as helping with shopping and housework.
- Our ideal candidate is someone who is compassionate, resilient, and able to learn new skills and develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
What You'll Get:
