About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dietitian to join our young adult diabetes service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing dietetic input in multidisciplinary team clinics and transitional clinics across both Kings Mill Hospital and Newark hospital.

You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, including a Diabetes specialist nurse, Psychologist, and consultant, to deliver high-quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dietetic input in MDT clinics and transitional clinics
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Candidates must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and hold a 4-year degree in Dietetics or equivalent qualification

Benefits
