Job Opportunity

The Recruitment Group is looking for an exceptional Laser / Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality engineering services to our clients' customers globally. This includes troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, training, and installations.

About the Position
  1. Perform thorough fault diagnosis, including laser alignment, monitoring, and analysis.
  2. Carry out laser calibration using electronic control systems.
  3. Offer on-site repair and maintenance services to meet customer needs.
  4. Provide expert technical assistance over the phone and via email.
  5. Deliver tailored training sessions for customers and distributors.
  6. Ensure smooth installations from planning to customer acceptance.
  7. Keep customer records updated, both on-site and in the office, including service history and documents.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues to share expertise and knowledge.
  9. Comply with clean room procedures and health and safety regulations.
  10. Report regular progress to stakeholders, including the Service Manager, Operations Director, and customers.
  11. Consult relevant company policies and procedures, such as Quality ISO 9001: 2015.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in laser-related roles, such as servicing, maintenance, or field engineering.
  • Ability to work effectively in various settings, whether individually or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel to client locations as required.
