Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to residents, addressing their unique care needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans, focusing on resident-centered care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Working Schedule and Remuneration:

This is a full-time role working on nights only. The estimated salary for this position is £19,000-£22,000 per annum, based on a 37-hour week.
