Job Description

**Job Title:** Account Handler

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Industry:** Insurance

**Location:** Remote (with occasional office visits)

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our team. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling personal insurance policies for clients, including high net worth, pet, holiday homes, contents, and buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Arrange payments where required
  2. Research and offer quotations to clients
  3. Run a diary system to ensure timely completion of tasks
  4. Perform duties as requested by the team
  5. Have experience in handling personal lines accounts
  6. Understand and comply with FCA protocols
  7. Have a solid understanding of the principles of insurance broking
  8. Provide excellent customer service and administration abilities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of insurance broking principles and FCA protocols
