As a Commercial Insurance Account Handler, you will provide proactive, high-level technical and broking support to clients, offering expert advice on their commercial insurance needs. You will work with SME clients, handling premiums ranging from £5,000, and have the opportunity to work with larger premium accounts. Your expertise will cover all lines of commercial non-marine classes, including Property, EL/PL, E&O, and PI.
You will serve as a referral point for technical issues and queries, handling complex renewals and larger paying clients. The role requires a strong understanding of the commercial insurance broking market, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
