This challenging role is responsible for managing sales operations, maximizing growth and development of existing customers, and driving new business growth in line with company expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve annual targets and gross profit.
  • Analyse and evaluate individual and team performances.
  • Implement appraisal processes and identify training needs.
  • Manage sales conversion and output, ensuring conformity to company requirements.
  • Oversee application of company policies and people processes.
  • Ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Group Policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management expertise.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Previous knowledge of fleet products preferred.

Compensation Package: Highly competitive salary (£80,000 - £100,000), company bonus, and excellent benefits package.
