We're seeking an experienced hospitality manager to lead our restaurant team with positive behavior and actions, driving performance in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing restaurant team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive operational excellence.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, promoting career growth and advancement.
