About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at WAGAMAMA LIMITED. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be an integral part of the restaurant leadership team, supporting the General Manager in leading the restaurant in the WAGAMAMA way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in leading the restaurant team and driving performance in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Lead by example, demonstrating positive behavior and actions that inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Manage the restaurant and labor budget, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a hospitality management role, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, guests, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
