Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

The Royal Automobile Club is seeking a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join the team in the Fountain Brasserie. As a key member of the restaurant team, you will support the Manager/Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and members.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a basic food hygiene level one and level 2 certification.
