Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at ASK Italian in Epsom. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure that all staff are trained and competent in their roles and that they are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen and front-of-house, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and tidy condition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
