We are looking for a supervisor, to join our team at our The Cock Inn in the picturesque village of Headley, nestled in the Surrey Hills between Leatherhead and Epsom.

We are looking for a supervisor who is looking to work with an aspirational company that has big plans for this location

We are looking for an enthusiastic super who shares our passion for great food and drink. You will be a highly valued and crucial part of the front of house team, capable of managing, supporting, and motivating the bar and front of house team to ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience every time. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain the highest standards of operation, you will be a key contributor to the success of our pub.

**The ideal supervisor will have**:

- A minimum of 1 year **hospitality management** experience
- _**Collaboration**_ with the Pub Manager to identify new ways to improve guest experience
- A _**passion**_ for great food and drink. We want our people to express real enthusiasm and love for the fresh food and array of drinks we offer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Pay: £10.50-£13.00 per hour
