Job Description:We are looking for an experienced SEN Learning Assistant to join our team in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of working with children and young people with SEND or a background in care or support work.
- Providing targeted support to students with SEND.
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans.
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff to ensure holistic support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience working with SEND children or young people.
- Background in care or support work is highly desirable.
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
You will be required to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.
