Marine Ecologist Leader

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Marine Ecologist to join our team. As a senior member of our marine ecology team, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and guidance on marine ecological and consenting matters.
You will have extensive experience in preparing and reviewing technical chapters and impact assessments, as well as a detailed understanding of the UK marine consenting and licensing regimes. You will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and provide bespoke advice to help them deliver their goals.
The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in marine biology/ecology or a related discipline, with professional membership (CIEEM or similar). They will also have comprehensive marine ecological expertise, including experience in managing inputs to workstreams, deliverables, and projects.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working hours and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
