Your key responsibilities will include managing communications and expectations with external project teams and internal departments, attending meetings related to site scoping, store design, graphics, manufacturing, logistics, and installations, and translating client briefs into accurate and achievable delivery plans.

You will also contribute to project cost estimations at design stages, define and manage scheduling of all RAMs and project-specific activities, and ensure accuracy in the maintenance of business operational system data.

In addition, you will frequently liaise with internal teams to ensure on-schedule fulfillment of all requisite fixtures, fittings, and components, produce and maintain site-derived reporting, and ensure that learnings from site are captured and fed back to the appropriate teams.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as a project/site manager in the shopfitting or fitout sectors, be proficient in using MS365, ERP systems, and BI Systems, and have experience communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You will also have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, and be willing to travel to suit project-driven milestones and locations.
