Key Responsibilities- Conduct conservation work to protect and improve habitats and landscapes
- Manage land, access, and conservation, working outdoors in a variety of environments
- Supervise volunteers and staff on practical tasks, ensuring safe working practices
- Work with the Area Ranger to deliver conservation outcomes across our important grassland habitats
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with visitors and promoting the work of The National Trust
- Practical experience in conservation work, with a strong understanding of habitat management and conservation principles
- Ability to work safely, using risk assessments and following guidelines
- Experience in managing land, access, and conservation, with a strong understanding of outdoor heritage management
