Skilled Tradesperson

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estates Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Marlborough College. As a key member of the Estates team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Team Leader in delivering a high-quality maintenance service to all College premises.
• Carry out a range of general building work, including groundwork, new and maintenance work to brickwork and blockwork, plasterwork and roofing.
• Ensure safe and efficient use of all machinery, materials and tools used in connection with the job role.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of Estates Health and Safety risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of working in a multi-site environment with a strong background in general building work.
• Ability to work at height and in enclosed spaces.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
