We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Specialist to join our experienced team at Marlborough College.

The successful candidate will have a proven record in high quality horticultural work and a passion for maintaining our beautiful formal gardens and encouraging the natural wilderness to prosper.

The role is full time and we start at 7.30am, Monday - Friday. You will be a good team worker with a responsive nature; someone with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and gain qualifications.

We are looking for someone who has a full driving licence and a competent level of IT skills, but a wide range of practical training will be provided.

The Head Gardener is keen to encourage development and while you may not have formal qualifications at this point in your career (eg RHS, NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications in Practical Horticulture) she will be encouraging you to develop in the role.
