About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Planning Analyst to join our team at Levi Strauss. As a key member of our planning organization, you will be responsible for leading the support and training for our Planning Operations Applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Support and Training: Provide in-depth training to new users and hands-on support for our Planning Operations Applications, ensuring that our planning organization is leveraging these tools to their fullest capabilities.
  • Process Facilitation: Collaborate with Planning and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly forecast and MOP processes, including setup and maintenance of SAS systems and worksheets.
  • User Support and Training: Manage Planning operations application user support and training, driving process and tool advancements for product activation to support our GTM calendar.
  • Process Improvement: Support the development of a SME network, improved processes, and video library to enhance user training and adoption of new functionality, enhancements, and upgrades.
About You
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Computer Science, or related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in merchandise planning, product management, technology, or project delivery, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret meaningful themes from quantitative data, as well as experience with Agile toolsets for product management.
