Job Title: Internal Auditor

Fnality International is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a risk-based internal audit strategy to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of our financial and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for remediation.
  • Provide assurance to our management and regulatory bodies that our internal controls and risk management processes are operating effectively.
  • Collaborate with our risk management and compliance teams to identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with our internal audit teams and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years of experience as an Internal Auditor in a financial services organization or a professional services firm.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and internal control processes.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
