Responsibilities

  1. Grow the user base for Builder Studio products through effective sales team management and pipeline build and conversion.
  2. Manage the full-cycle sales process from lead generation to conversion, using multiple sales approaches including inbound, outbound, and field sales coverage.
  3. Recruit, train, and optimize a team of SDRs across your area to drive growth and success.
  4. Maintain daily and weekly sales metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance via internal systems.
  5. Develop your team through face-to-face and Zoom-based training to drive growth in your area of the UK.
  6. Own your area and team, identifying and supporting business development and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of B2B sales experience with 1+ years managing high-volume SDR teams.
  2. Experience in field sales or outbound call centers is strongly preferred.
  3. Self-starter with proven success as a sales manager and business developer.
  4. Experience selling into the SMB market is strongly preferred.
  5. Experience using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or HubSpot is required.
  6. Excellent written and spoken English.
  7. Passionate and results-driven.
