Business Partnering Accountant
A seasoned qualified accountant is required to join the Finance Business Partnering Team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, supporting the delivery of financial and performance outcomes across the organisation. This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual to develop their skills and expertise in business partnering.

About the Role
The post holder will work closely with budget holders to understand and support their financial and performance obligations, providing high quality financial advice and guidance. The post holder will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Key Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for analysing financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement and developing recommendations to improve financial performance. The post holder will also work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
