">This role involves delivering high standards of personal care to residents, contributing to the care team, and ensuring the continuity of services to residents.
">The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, demonstrate initiative and respect towards the residents and other people in the home, be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members, and be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
">About the Role
">Your focus as Resident Care Provider will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
">- Assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times.
- Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, sign of infections and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner.
- Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
- Practicing safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary of £19,500 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive training programme to ensure confidence within the role.
">We also offer a DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare Group Ltd., and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
">Salary Information
">The estimated salary for this role is £20,250 - £21,750 per annum.
