We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Success Advocate to join our team at beBee Professionals in Bootle. As a key member of our staff, you will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being among students.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs, with a strong understanding of their diverse needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
