Team Leader Role

This position is available at Qualified Staff, a residential care home that requires a senior leader to manage a team of carers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a similar setting and possess strong leadership skills. Key responsibilities include overseeing the team, managing medication cycles, writing care plans, and performing risk assessments.

The successful candidate will be expected to work full-time hours, with a minimum of 3 shifts per week. Salary for this role is estimated to be around £14.95 per hour, which includes a pension and 28 days annual leave. Shift availability must be flexible, including both day and night shifts.
