Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd Job Description

We are seeking a Residential Home Lead to join our team at our specialist home in the Merton area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with body dysmorphia, disordered eating, and other mental health challenges.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing residential homes and a strong understanding of the needs of children with complex mental health requirements. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • To develop and implement individualized care plans for each child.
  • To work closely with our team to ensure that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior management role within a care setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
  • A competitive benefits package including pension scheme and annual leave.
