Lagom Children s Residential Home in Worcester Park is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Social Care Key Worker. The role involves supporting young people with all daily activities in the areas of health, education, achievements, and social integration.

The ideal candidate will lead by example and help young people build upon their independence and social skills, ensuring their well-being and safety. This is a full-time on-site role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting young people with daily activities

  • Desired but not essential HSC qualification (level 3)
