Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team at Client Server. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our proprietary trading systems built with C#.Net.

About the Role:

  • Support the development and maintenance of our trading systems, including front office order management and decision-making tools, and back office trade reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with software developers, testers, and business analysts to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Provide 3rd line support for our trading systems, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Work closely with the business to gather additional information, provide feedback, and progress updates following an incident through to resolution.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new trading systems and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Application Support experience, ideally within a Fixed Income or trading environment.
  • Strong technical skills with SQL, PowerShell, and/or Python scripting.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative and excellent communication skills.
  • Degree educated, Computer Science or similar technical discipline.
