Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team at The Boots Company PLC. As a key member of our dispensary, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe supply of medicines and providing exceptional patient care.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your Pharmacy career and make a positive impact on our patients' lives. You will be responsible for delivering the technical aspects of the dispensary and ensuring the safe supply of medicines.

Your Key Duties

  1. Provide health advice through focused conversations with our patients while giving clear and accurate answers.
  2. Deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary while ensuring the safe supply of medicines, including ordering, labelling, dispensing, endorsing, and collection of prescriptions.
  3. Comply with legal and professional requirements and accepted guidance on professional practice in Boots.
  4. Identify opportunities to engage with GPs and practice teams to promote services and items.
  5. Ensure efficient dispensary operations and minimising dispensing losses.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £12,690 - £14,050 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including a holiday allowance, pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
