Palliative Care Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Palliative Care Specialist to join our team at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of patients and their families. As a Palliative Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to those in need.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in palliative and end-of-life care, with experience working with patients in the community or senior healthcare settings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert care and support to patients and their families
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
