**Job Title:** Companion for Dementia Patient
We are seeking a supportive and caring companion to assist a 75-year-old lady with dementia in her home in Basingstoke.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a kind and patient approach. They will be responsible for helping the lady with daily tasks, such as cleaning, washing, and driving her to shops.
The position requires a full-time commitment, working morning to evening, 7 days a week, with an estimated hourly salary of £15.
Please note that the lady has a live-in carer, and this role is specifically designed to provide a break and enable independent living.
Responsibilities:**
- Assisting with household tasks, including cleaning and laundry
- Driving to local shops and completing errands
- Providing companionship and engaging in social activities
About the Lady:
The lady is a 75-year-old widow with dementia, requiring support with daily tasks to maintain her independence.
