We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our clinical multidisciplinary team in Barnet. As an Advanced Learning Disability Physiotherapist, you will provide a comprehensive Physiotherapy service to residents with complex multi-pathologies and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat adults with complex multi-pathologies and falls
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and training to junior staff and students
- Supervise and mentor assistant and junior staff
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice and research initiatives
- Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy
- Current HPC registration
- Evidence of up-to-date CPD portfolio
- Experience working in a wide range of specialized clinical areas, including outpatients, neurology, rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and respiratory
- Experience working in the NHS or private healthcare organization
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Basic IT skills - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
