About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our clinical multidisciplinary team in Barnet. As an Advanced Learning Disability Physiotherapist, you will provide a comprehensive Physiotherapy service to residents with complex multi-pathologies and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat adults with complex multi-pathologies and falls
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and training to junior staff and students
  • Supervise and mentor assistant and junior staff
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice and research initiatives
Requirements
  • Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current HPC registration
  • Evidence of up-to-date CPD portfolio
  • Experience working in a wide range of specialized clinical areas, including outpatients, neurology, rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and respiratory
  • Experience working in the NHS or private healthcare organization
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Basic IT skills - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
