We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our dynamic Leaving Care Team in Tameside as a Locum Personal Advisor.
This role will involve supporting young people, including asylum seekers, as they transition out of the care system and into adulthood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance and support to young people as they navigate the transition process
- Working closely with the Leaving Care Team to ensure a smooth transition for young people
- Developing and maintaining relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders
