The estimated salary for this position is £23-25K basic salary + uncapped commission structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 3). The company offers US relocation opportunities to top performers within the business.

Job Description
  • You will conduct business development calls to attract new business from clients.
  • You will research your market and identify potential clients and candidates.
  • You will meet clients and candidates face-to-face and build relationships with existing and new clients.
  • You will be responsible for account management and interviewing candidates.
  • You will use recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies.

This role requires excellent personal skills, good academics, and a financially motivated individual who is competitive and has a sense of achievement.
