Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of complex private client matters, including wills, probate, LPAs, and Court of Protection cases
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on tax and trust matters
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve business objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law, and applying this knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least three years' post-qualification experience in a Private Client department
  • Experience in dealing with complex private client matters, including wills, probate, LPAs, and Court of Protection cases
  • Strong technical expertise in tax and trust matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • STEP qualification (desirable)
  • IT skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
