We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Project Manager Interns in the EU region. As a Project Manager Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and international team, driving operational efficiency and innovation projects.

About the Role

This internship will provide you with an unforgettable experience, where you will be responsible for supporting Project Managers in tracking open actions, conducting data-driven deep dives, analyzing processes, and anticipating risks. You will also work with the team to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will have learned key success factors for project implementation and stakeholder management in a complex environment. They will have developed skills to extract and manipulate large datasets, use analytics for driving business decisions, and master advanced project management tools.

As part of our vibrant intern community, you'll collaborate with interns from around the world, networking and participating in social events. The internship program provides a robust support system, including weekly intern office hours, dedicated IT and HR support, and a program team committed to your success.

Upon successful completion of the internship, you may be considered for a graduate role or a second internship, allowing you to continue your journey with Amazon. You'll enjoy a competitive monthly salary, relocation support, and access to a range of employee benefits.

What We're Looking For
  • A currently enrolled university student in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or similar discipline.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
  • Excellent analytical skills, preferably with advanced level in Microsoft Excel.
