We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Support Professional to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that students continue to receive a quality education while their regular teachers are unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging Lessons: You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects and year groups, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education.
- Manage Classroom Behaviour: You will need to manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and well-being.
- Assess Student Progress: You will assess student progress and provide feedback as necessary, helping students to achieve their full potential.
- Adapt Teaching Methods: You will adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring that all students receive an inclusive and supportive education.
- Collaborate with School Staff: You will collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of education, working closely with teachers and other support staff to achieve common goals.
- Maintain Accurate Records: You will maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents that occur during your teaching sessions, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded and reported.
Qualifications and Experience:
