Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate educational professional to support educators in delivering high-quality education to students, particularly those with special educational needs, including autism. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to communicate effectively and foster an inclusive learning environment. This role involves working closely with children, providing assistance in their educational journey, and helping them achieve their individual goals.

Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in planning and implementing educational activities tailored to the needs of students.
- Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and other special educational needs, ensuring they are engaged and participating in classroom activities.
- Facilitate tutoring sessions to reinforce learning concepts and skills.
- Communicate regularly with teachers regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Mentor students, encouraging their social and emotional development while promoting positive behavior.
- Help create a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special educational needs, is highly desirable.
- A background in education or tutoring is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with students and staff.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding while working with diverse learners.
- Experience in mentoring or supporting peers in an educational setting is a plus.
